Renew it Group LLC is currently hiring a full-time year round Sales Manager in Traverse City and the surrounding areas.

We custom design and expertly install decks using Composite, PVC Decking and Railing as well as Exotic Hardwood and Pressure Treated Wood. We also specialize in custom porches, sun rooms, screened rooms, pergolas, arbors, gazebos and all outdoor kitchen and living projects.

Requirements

• Pass a background check
• Have reliable transportation
• Knowledge of building trades would be preferred
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets
• Ability to record accurate measurements and scope of work to be performed during the project.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, able to perform multiple sales leads within deadlines.
• Able to work well with others as well as independently, with little or no supervision.
• Superb closing skills and problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, ability to deliver accurate messages, utilize active listening, and demonstrate top quality customer service skills.
• Articulate, polished, and poised — able to carry on engaging conversation with others in an outwardly focused way.

Required experience:

Sales: 3 years

Sales car, Iphone, Ipad, and uniform provided.
Commission pay (the right candidate can make $65,000-$100,000 year)-details determined during interview.
